Reiki -
(ray-key), is a process of energy transference from the
universal source to an individual. Practitioners are
individuals dedicated with intent to be a conduit for this energy
and have undergone a series of attunements as preparation.
Reiki is unconditional, demands nothing of either the giver
or receiver and requires no specific belief system to be
effective. This energy brings the body, mind and spirit into
balance promoting good health.
- Reiki Session - During a
Reiki session, you are fully clothed, fully aware of all
that is occurring. Reiki is usually performed while
the receiver is comfortably lying down and involves the
Practitioner's hands resting for several minutes at designated
positions around the head, shoulders, stomach, and back.
During a session you may talk, ask questions, express feelings or
you may rest quietly until its completion. The session begins and
ends with a consultation between the Practitioner and
receiver. A standard Reiki session will vary
depending on circumstances. The effects of a session will
vary from individual to individual, but will usually continue to
work for hours even days following a session.
Huna
-
Huna (Hawaiian mysticism),
is about empowerment, increasing your spirituality,
energy and metaphysical healing powers. A fulfilled life lies in
the awakening and integration of your subconscious self, conscious
self, and higher self.
Ancestral Healing /
Rebirthing
-
From a shamanic point of view, the source of all things is
Spirit. In a healing, the shaman journeys to the source of the
illness or disharmony, in the spirit realm, and effects a change
there so that healing can occur here.
-
During the rebirthing session, you will
actively journey to heal ancestors which will change many things
in the present. You
will also have a rebirth experience during which you will bring
forth the memory of your actual birth and have the opportunity to
reconnect with the precious child within each of you. You will be provided a
safe environment in which to experience these healing
journeys.
